Well my belief Rapha would become a first team regular this season was wholly misplaced.

Hope he does well at Wigan & for that matter Obikwu at Lincoln.

Just reflecting on the international break at least we can watch Wigan or Lincon (and others) to see how the loan players are getting on.

Obikwu isnt available, hes away on international duty with Trinidad AND Tobago!

He should make his mind up which one he wants to play for

Raphael couldn't even get on the bench in the sherpa van for Wigan. Pathetic.

Do they not have a proper full sized team coach for transport?

It's incredibly worrying that we thought the best place for Raphael to develop was a team that doesn't even play wingers. Seriously question the judgement of whoever sanctioned that

I always thought Bayliss would play higher than League One. He moved to Preston far too early.

No....just sat close in front of the full back.
Difficult as you don't want to come on and cost your team a win by not bothering to defend!!

I'm enjoying a women's game of rugby at the moment, and it's a bloody good contest between England and the Aussies, had a hard one chalked off by a decision from the tmo that it was knocked on when placing it over the line!

8 mins added time and the BBC live text say he made a cross for a headed chance. Sounds like a short but not unpromising debut.

Started off very defensively but then got higher up the pitch.
Think he had three runs with the ball.
First one he got into the box but took a heavy touch and fouled the defender.
Second one he put a cross in from outside the box, third one - best of the three - got to the by line and won a corner.
One cross that he did put in was on his left foot.
It was the definition of "using his swinger" and was poor.
I'd say it was a 6/10 start - but hard game to get into due to the time/game situation.
Did "ok"
Be interesting to see what the Wigan fans thought.

How can you gauge that just from one tiny description on the BBC live text?

Yeah pretty much sums it up. I don't see how he fits in with them playing wingbacks.

Thought Smith in midfield was really good.

No brainer for me choosing this over watching England men bore their way to victory over erm, over, no can't remember who they played.
