Dunno if this has happened before, but bought a friend two tickets for Southampton. He has paid me but has rang me up to say he has lost them!

Is there anyway duplicates can be made or is he scunnered?

Maybe contact ticket office. Say absolutely nothing about you selling them to someone else though. Just make out it’s you who’s lost them.

Just go to the ticket office and they’ll reprint them for you. Won’t be any trouble

When tickets haven’t turned up before they normally send the duplicates to the collection point at them away ground. Imagine they would do the same. Just make sure they use your name when collecting them as they will be in an envelope in your name.

Should be able to get duplicates, they can just void the barcodes on the old ones.

That of course assumes they have been properly allocated and they've recorded which tickets they've sent to who.
