What form should any kind of policing it become,or homophobia or any other form of positive discrimination, inclusiveness,when it appears the governing bodies seem to be abandoning it.Will we end up where we were back in the seventies,or are they just too much now ?

There should be some kind of verified moderated social media even if it’s not all of it. TBH I think things like X need cracking down on, Facebook and WhatsApp/Signal groups too if that’s even possible. Anywhere that had thousands let alone millions of daily active users should have to police content to the same standard we expect from traditional broadcasters IMO. Places like SBT or Reddit get a pass because they’re human moderated at that size. Stuff like Twitter and Facebook either has to break people down into manageable groups or institute much harsher automated controls or we block it like Brazil do. Yeah people will use VPNs but nothing like a majority and that will kill it as a social force really.
