Can someone attending the meeting, as the deluded woman if the modular upgrade can be put up in a week, for games like this???? any sniff of the play offs in league 1 and I'd expect the interest of 25,000 plus week in week out, and if we made the finals, or had a chance of the title, can she let us know which of the coventry public will be chosen by the club to get one of the 10,000 tickets home fans will be allowed in a 12,000 stdium??

We need to boycott this event to show we think its bs. How funny RFC on his own, strong statement by us real fans then.

Good idea. Boycott it. We can still complain about what was said even though we never showed up then.

I think it would make a bigger impact if nobody turned up

Can we have locally sourced products in the food outlets?

I dunno if you're taking the piss, but this was discussed at the last forum.

(As was OPs question: 6-9 months to expand the stadium)

Problem is the things Id like to know (impact on our finances, access, etc) come with knowing where it is being built.

However a couple of things I meant to ask:

- What is planned to bring in revenue above and beyond match days?
- what is the difference in cost for building 12k then expanding to say 18k as opposed to building 18k up front?
- how much of the project is dependent on location?
- can we be able to see the game from the concourse a la MK Dons?

Enough with the "real fans" BS.

just a question for you
- did you apply to go? - if you didnt then your attendance will not be expected and therefore will not have any impact what so ever.

supporters (of all persuasion) who applied are interested either in having a say or listening to what is said. why would they then boycott??

So RFC is a real fan? OK then, I am not going as I don't like wasting my time. I also hate lies. Sorry but tonight is a pointless exercise and a new stadium is huge BS. Think im wrong? Show me the plans and confirmed site and bricks being laid. Oh wait?

The question I would be asking Mrs garlic is.

Given your responsibilities to the Coventry and Warwickshire chamber of commerce and that Mr labovich has clearly stated that sisu are in advanced negotiations with two councils that according to FOI are not in Coventry or Warwickshire does she feel that the task she has taken on with regards to assisting the taking of a Coventry based business (CCFC) out of Coventry or Warwickshire that she has a conflict of interest.

Because surely there is one.

It might of been a funny comment, except for the fact that RFC went to the last forum as he is a Season Ticket Holder..

If it was me personally I would attend, listen to Ms Garlick and the other attendees and then respond in a constructive manner, people who are going there to ask the following:

- Where is the new stadium going to be?
- Why can't we go back to the Ricoh?
- Do the owners have the funding?
- Is this a distressing tactic?

Are going to be really disappointed when you get no feedback and are all on here tomorrow slating the meeting for being crap, non-constructive and useless.

That's what I am saying there is no point in asking those questions.

I would ask her on what evidence is 12k big enough?

Also, what non football related events are they planning on this stadium hosting?

What assurances can she give that this stadium wont encroach onto our valuable greenbelt?

i think you missed my point - if your not interested fair enough but others are - even if it comes to nothing.

and I am not joining in with the 'real fan' bullshit.

Great ambition:
Going from a 23k stadium to a 32k, now in a 7k looking to move into a 12k.
Then again, once a prem club, now league 1...... that's progress!!

So... Did anyone get to ask any questions?

Bearing in mind Ricoh has a hotel, casino, suites, parking etc.
Cost for extra seats no doubt.
Can we see the game from inside the Ricoh arena would be my question ;)
