To be fair there do seem to be quite a few people on here who do get very excited and probably do jack off to thoughts of The Ricoh/ACL.
Not me though, if I was turned on by big things that are hard to fill I'd still be with my ex.
I just wanted to see if there was a possibility of a rent deal for the Ricoh whilst they build their new stadium if these Ricoh talks fall through!
Who said i never supported city anymore? I said i couldn't give a shit about what happens at Northampton and i still don't.
You and a few others obsession with acl and the Ricoh is boring. Why don't you move on ffs. Who gives a fucking shit about balloons on cars and who offered what and to whom?
Sisu say they've moved on and will build their own ground. Why don't you start lobbying fisher about when the building will start.
According to sisu the Ricoh is in the past. So why don't you all move on and stop boring the shite out of us with Ricoh acl this and pwkh said that.
Jeez you lot are like a load of old women going over the same old shite over and over again.
bullshit
i have said numerous times i can grin and bear sixfields if it means city gain promotion(s)
you have got me mixed up if you think i am obsessed with ricoh
i am however willing to say when sisu or acl fuck up, i am one of the few who says it for both sides thats all.
and you said you dont give a fuck if ccfc win or lose at the moment,so you are not a fan,its that simple, if we move back you wont be able to hide the fact that the team obviously is not embedded deep in your soul.
I agree with you
Reminds me if a story I read about some bloke tying balloons to another blokes car.
Now is that true or not I don't know and the names of the parties allegedly involved escape me.
However I do remember thinking at the time - that's a really stupid thing to do and is not something I would ever get involved in even if I had the time.
Stop talking out of your arse you fecking weirdo. Why do you think thousands like me feel detached from the club at the moment? Come on think hard.
Ive seen more city games than you ever have and ever will do.
You say you can grin and bear sixfields? How many times have you been then?
Says it all about your ambition for the club if you're happy for them to remain there.
Dont ever question my love for my hometown club. I might not have the love at the moment but it'll come back.
haha game.set.match
boring repetitive tossers .
Not me though, if I was turned on by big things that are hard to fill I'd still be with my ex.
When you called other people that, I had to read your post again and again as I thought you weere talking about yourself. Still it could have been.
Why? We seem to expect the "other" side to tell us everything, don't we?
Likewise fella. Likewise.
Well thought out:claping hands:
And you sixfields rent boy.
I am sorry but I am not setting myself up for a Linnell type Q&A. He knows nothing except what he has been told and can only speculate along with everyone else. I very quickly would get into difficulty with confidentiality. No private company does its business in public, and nobody can realistically expect it to do so.
I can answer one of your questions as it is hypothetical: of course ACL could offer a rental deal to Otium, just as Otium could put forward a proposal. Both companies would then have to work out whether it there is a future in that proposal. It would have to make economic sense otherwise it could not be accepted. That is as far as I will go.
As to the CVA: no.
In answering these three questions I make it very clear that I will generally not answer questions. You will understand I am sure that there is a tendency on this board for people to half read, or to not read, before posting and they say the wildest and quite often the stupidest things and I do not want to become engaged in that kind of thing. Nor do I have the time.
It's hard not to feel patronised by these comments but as the poster is a serious man, not prone to silly pranks, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
"Serious"? - this is the man that got caught tying balloons to one of his political (I use the term loosely) adversaries.
I have to admit I do admire him for that though...in the far of all the crap flying around at the time...he kept a sense of humour, AND whatever else we might think of TF - he seemed to treat it literally as a jape & not go mental over it...so credit there too!
What I do think is that PWKH has to pay a lot of attention to what he publicly says on here. His position could easily end up on the line if he gets it wrong. He's a brave man. Most in his position(s) would offer no comment beyond what his organisation's PR team sanctioned.

I do not want to become engaged in this kind of thing. I'm far too busy. Answering questions is for the likes of Linnell. Sky blue blood etc.

and possibly not yourself either.......
Why was it you were banned from this forum in your past and what were your names back then?
Please feel free not to answer, if of course that is not for the likes of you and just Linnell.

Where did I say I was banned? I asked Nick to delete my account, which I'm sure he'll confirm if asked. Why on earth should I have to tell you what my name was back then? You sound like a bit of an idiot, to be honest.
What was that whizzing by overhead? Too late, its gone!
I think it was your sparkling whit - which must be lost on me...oops sarcasm back at ya!
I do like a sparkle! 'Must try harder' on your sarcasm report!
When the vast majority of people on here throw around the statement that Sisu were completely idiotic for not accepting the £150k rent deal, I personally think it's quite important to know whether or not that offer was actually made. When PWKH pretends that his company haven't engaged the PR and online reputation management services of Weber Shandwick at £600 per hour, I'm similarly perturbed. If you want to bury your head in the sand and believe that having a pop at only one of the parties at fault will resolve anything, that's completely up to you. I personally believe that calling out the faults of both parties is likely to be more productive but hey, what the hell, I'm just a Sisu shill.
So when PWKH told you the offer was made to ML.
That ML said today I don't represent Otium.
Do you not think it is reasonable that he may have made a mental note of the offer?
Or do you believe in your heart of hearts that that is it. If it was not offered to ML when he was in any other circumstances he or Otium could not negotiate that very same offer if they really wanted it? ( would appreciate you genuine truthful answer in that one)
Secondly, the PR thing. If he does where does that take us. If he does not where does that take us? What is the importance of this? Who out of interest do SISU use for their PR? I am sure as an advocate of attacking both sides if it is relevant, you will know?
Thirdly I blame both sides, however I blame SISU for 90% of our issues and the council and ACL jointly for the rest. Hence my stance on here.
You claim to apportion blame both ways. Yet you seem to have an agenda very much set on only attacking ACL and the council.
Maybe it is because only ACL seem prepared to face you. However it does not seem that way.
The offer was made in ML's presence but the administrator made the decision that it was an illegal offer so couldn't be offered. Therefore it was not offered. Just because PWKH has carefully worded his statement to say that he offered it doesn't mean an acceptable offer was actually made. I think PWKH is taking advantage of a lot of people's inability to read between the lines. I realise that statement will have a load of people chomping at the bit because it sounds a bit superior but seriously, I deal with cleverly-worded communications on a daily basis. Why has Peter not answered the question I and others have posed several times now - was a legally acceptable offer of £150k rent pa ever made? Have a think.
My not so carefully worded comment minutes ago, asked if ML heard this offer. Whatever hat he was wearing at the time. Can I ask what was stopping him asking for that deal in circumstances that suited him better?
Ask for it in the Telegraph the next day, if he felt it was not genuinely on offer to Otium. Can you imagine the crowds reaction to that one.
That is what I or without any doubt you would do if you wanted that deal.
Do you believe ML really wanted that deal?
And anyone selling something, in this case a rental agreement, would have followed it up after the meeting.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - so please excuse any spelling or grammar errors
However the question I asked was did ML really want that deal?
ACL offered it.
Did ML want it?
What do you think Stu?

Personally I think they didn't really offer it - in my own opinion of course -- not in a way it would ever be accepted.
