To be fair there do seem to be quite a few people on here who do get very excited and probably do jack off to thoughts of The Ricoh/ACL.

Not me though, if I was turned on by big things that are hard to fill I'd still be with my ex.

I hope after Christmas that acl/council move on. Some people who hate them will then be crying like babies when they realise ccfc really are homeless and the Ricoh will be gone for good.

Maybe then they'll stop whinging like kids and start putting pressure on sisu,the real source of our problems.

I very quickly would get into difficulty with confidentiality. No private company does its business in public, and nobody can realistically expect it to do so.

I can answer one of your questions as it is hypothetical: of course ACL could offer a rental deal to Otium, just as Otium could put forward a proposal. Both companies would then have to work out whether it there is a future in that proposal. It would have to make economic sense otherwise it could not be accepted. That is as far as I will go.

As to the CVA: no.

In answering these three questions I make it very clear that I will generally not answer questions. You will understand I am sure that there is a tendency on this board for people to half read, or to not read, before posting and they say the wildest and quite often the stupidest things and I do not want to become engaged in that kind of thing. Nor do I have the time.

It's hard not to feel patronised by these comments but as the poster is a serious man, not prone to silly pranks, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

What I do think is that PWKH has to pay a lot of attention to what he publicly says on here. His position could easily end up on the line if he gets it wrong. He's a brave man. Most in his position(s) would offer no comment beyond what his organisation's PR team sanctioned.

When the vast majority of people on here throw around the statement that Sisu were completely idiotic for not accepting the £150k rent deal, I personally think it's quite important to know whether or not that offer was actually made. When PWKH pretends that his company haven't engaged the PR and online reputation management services of Weber Shandwick at £600 per hour, I'm similarly perturbed. If you want to bury your head in the sand and believe that having a pop at only one of the parties at fault will resolve anything, that's completely up to you. I personally believe that calling out the faults of both parties is likely to be more productive but hey, what the hell, I'm just a Sisu shill.

Do you not think it is reasonable that he may have made a mental note of the offer?

Secondly, the PR thing. If he does where does that take us? If he does not where does that take us? What is the importance of this? Who out of interest do SISU use for their PR? I am sure as an advocate of attacking both sides if it is relevant, you will know?

Thirdly I blame both sides, however I blame SISU for 90% of our issues and the council and ACL jointly for the rest. Hence my stance on here.

I think it was conditional offer - agree the 10 year deal AND drop the JR and ACL will sign the CVA. I don't believe IMO that the rental deal was offered separate to these conditions.

Having reject the CVA, I do not see what ACL got out of it, if anything it has caused more friction between the 2 parties.

Ie say we would like a ten year rent deal at 150k a year.
What do u think the reaction here would be to that one, If it was not accepted?
Once requested do you think ACL would have still rejected the CVA?
Do you think SISU would have carried on with an unwinable JR request?

If ACL did not want SISU to sign why make the offer to anyone?
