I thought it was ‘up to’ 15% rather than a minimum?Nah....it'll be more than that. 15% min. requirement for the cup.
Their official capacity is 32k so we should deffo get over 4K but It just depends on their segregation policy etc.

Just correcting you. Official records will show the match was a draw. So, no we haven't lost every game where VAR has been in place.
