He reminds me a little of Mick Ferguson in terms of his ungamely stance and awkward style. Unfair in other ways as Fergie was a top flight player and was a proven goalscorer. I absolutely slated Nick P after his first 2 games as sub, but there is no doubt he has improved but needs a goal to get him going. Can't fault his endeavour and effort but you need more than that in the long run . Give him a run to the end of the season .

My first post on him said he was another Mick Ferguson - minus the goals and heading ability.

A waste of space.

I recognise that he did work hard last night and there are others who are in teh same boat, Nouble for one, but the title is striker, and that means goals, if it doesnt mean goals, then you have to supply them aplenty for the other "striker".
He is no Rosario or Ferguson who did this perfectly, Rosario never jumped but defenders could not stop him flicking the ball on.
Prosc jumps like Drinkell used too, out of time with the ball arriving and does not win a header. To his feet and chest, fair enough, he may look better but if this is the sort of striker we are going to have full time next year, then be realistic everyone who has posted in suppirt and saying he played well, do you think we are seriously going to make it up to the top part of the league.

Izale McLeod is a striker I'd like us to go after in the summer. Scored 20 goals this season in a potentially soon to be relegated Crawley team, not too old yet either at 30

Would be a good signing for us. If Mowbray stays on I think he will be in for Ishmael Miller, if he is released by Huddersfield

Fergie had more than his share of harsh criticism when he was breaking into the first team.

Not sure what game you were all at Tuesday but from where I was standing Willis was turd. Can't deliver a cross for love nor money. Thought Barton was decent first half at least. Nouble is pathetic unless the balls at his feet and slows the game down and proschwitz might as well not been on the pitch. The only thing I'd say in his defence is there was no service but whatever came his way he was poor. It does my head in when people say 'yeah but he worked hard' !!!! And! Surely that's a given when your earning money to play football.

Yep!

He almost scores, but never quite looks like scoring. Bit pointless if you ask me.

He seems to snatch at every shot and has no striker's instinct in front of goal. Must be a get rid!
