YET AGAIN totally missing the point!
Sure it is about average for this league, but performances aren't!
Curious logic - so what are we saying here - if the team is at the top of the league it should hike prices?
Besides prices in general are too much!
Subjective - pricing strategy has to be compared to competitors in the same market so we are competitive
How do you not get this?
No one gets it as you make no sense
Whichever team you support - it costs about £60 with drinks etc.
IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!
It isn't
For old gits with no mates it may well be affordable.
Curious analogy. Plenty of people with families attend so can afford it
But if you have family commitments wasting £60 watching a team play badly for 45 minutes and listening to morons moan about plastic fans etc etc - no thanks
So if they play well for 90 minutes it is not a waste?
I can think of hundreds of better ways of spending that kind of money and being entertained.
Name 99
Cov simply aren't woth the money at the moment.
There are one of the top 4 supported teams in the league
And judging by the falling crowds, I'm in the majority here!
After all with av gates of 10k, when we were getting 15k just last year, thats a MIN of 5k who agree with me.
So 34% is a majority - I guess you are not an economist
People with lives are NOT going to waste that kind of money on watching bilge.
Better than reading yours
What I'd find more interesting is a survey comparing the price differential between all the major European Leagues.

You are full of shit. Why come back? You said I cost my club a season ticket holder, then moaned about how much a single matchday ticket cost you  You said you would never be back. Is it your time of the month again? Why don't you go and find another pastime which only costs you 69p a day where it fills up so much of your life as your football club. A pastime which is worth 69p a day. Something you can moan about with likeminded people.
Those Kidderminister Harriers pies must be something special.

Astute (there is a contradiction i n terms!)
Its fuckwits like you that allow wankers like sisu to kill the club!
Go ahead waste your money on watching a 3rd rate team!
Then don't moan when they are relegated

For anyone STILL believing its reasonable for teams to charge £25 for a League 1 game!
Wigan charge as much fir their games as Coventry!
GAMES ARE OVERPRICED!!!

So father 2 kids ( under 16) wanted to watch CCFC at home this season...... If they had wanted to do it the cheapest way..... how?
Buy early bird season tickets in cheapest part of ground to get best price and pay on 8 month interest free scheme
father £253
Junior season ticket price x 2 = £230
Bring own food and drink
Get mother to drop at ground so no car parking (or catch a bus)
Prog every game (share) = £69
Could be cheaper for kids if in JSB
(source CCFC)
Total cost £552 for the year or £24 for three to go watch each home game.
If cost was a real issue then more people would do this, do a bit of research work out the best value and take it ..... if CCFC was that important to them ........ instead of claiming costs of £60 for every home game ........... it costs £60 because you choose it to, thats not the clubs fault.
Yea junior tickets are £69 for JSB members with a £20 membership fee, so with 2 kids save another £70 if they are JSBSo father 2 kids ( under 16) wanted to watch CCFC at home this season...... If they had wanted to do it the cheapest way..... how?
