I think the questions were okay. The club keep their cards close to their chest nowadays with regards to transfers and pre-match tactics so you're mainly left with filler questions.

I get more frustrated when CWR fixate on certain topics such as Haji Wright's goal scoring drought. They even asked Kai Andrews about it after the Stoke game last week. What do they expect him to say? Just feels like it adds to the pressure.
He could've said 'yeah Haji's let us all down massively, I cant believe he's getting game time at yhe moment' 🤣

So what do you expect the answer to be regardless of WHO asks it?
"No I hope we lose"!
"I think it may help if we win"!
"Yes its important"!
FFS these moronic questions the same as do you think a certain player will be playing...."hang on let me give you the team news instead of saddlebrains"
Who is back from injury and on the bench....."hang on let me give you the team news instead of saddlebrains"

The questions are just a complete waste of time because they are not going to be answered!!!
Go on then David Frost, come up with some relevant questions

Tbf (and I've defended Lorna, Gurney and Clive), I thought some of the ones my simple AI request above asked were actually better and less generic. As much as I don't want to feed the narrative on here, they could have done similar with a bit of easy research and tailored them to the club. The tools are there for free, may as well use them.

SBT all week: “Must win”

Lorna: “Is this game must win?”

SBT: “Bloody ridiculous women”

Yes the one asking Lampard what he’s learned in the first few weeks and what he’s prioritising with all these kids breaking through were much better.

Clearly not all of them, I wouldn't expect it, but it offers a different approach as a starting point that you can then adapt rather than the same old same old. I think there are some interesting bits in there to take out of it.

Do we need to win this? Nah, a draw is a great result.

Are the fans important? Nah, couldn't give a fuck whether they turn up or not.

Oakey. You can get on your high horse with all your shit emojis all you like. The fact is, the questions are repetitive and stupid. Whether it's Lorna or Rob; they're dull.

It's clearly easier to find questions for a one off interview than for a weekly (or often, twice weekly) interview with the same guy.

It seems inevitable that there's going to be repetition and probably an increasing desperation to find something novel to ask - not necessarily with favourable results.

I've just watched the interview and there's literally nothing wrong with it. I feel like I say this every week, but there is only so much that they can say without giving the game away. It is a decent exchange for what it is.
