Many keepers fake injury when the game is against them! Game still stops though. How do you differ the real ones from the fake? Rules are rules, head injury stops the game. Tbf, they both went down holding their heads so I would say there was a definite clash of heads. Whether it warranted a stoppage? Rules say yes, ref said no. Or did the ref just not see it?
