Now just watch the trust tuern 180 degrees and ask for talks with sisu! Of course they could surprise me and maintain a moral stance, and supportthe wish of 99% of its members.

My realistic guess - well you only have to read THIS statement from the traitors - sorry the trust.....

"The Board of the Sky Blue Trust has made it clear that we would meet with any potential purchasers of the Club who wished to involve supporters" In other words just watche either today - certainly in the next week the board of the trust defying the will of its own membership and ratting them all out just to get a seat on the board!

Think I am being harsh?

From their own lips.....

"The Trust’s prime aim is to “obtain an ownership stake in CCFC, giving supporters a direct say in the running of the Club and having at least one democratically elected Trust member on the CCFC Board.”

This is pretty emphatic. They will do Anything to get power - be it going back on the 99% of the members who voted againsat having anything to do with sisu!

Again I may well be wrong, and would be happy for them to prove me wrong. Sadly history has proven time and time again these people long ago stopped pretending to have a principled stance. their sole objective is a seat on the board - precisely as I have been saying all along!

The one thing that came out of the debacle is that the overwhelming majority of their membership is no longer prepared to deal with sisu. Whilst I don't think shouting at sisu is the way ahead, I certainly cannot disagree with their sentiment.

Only time will tell if the board of the trust stand by supporters directs stance, or the stance they stated when they were formed:

"A last chance when all else fails". I suspect I will not have long to wait before I am proven right all along!

And When the board betray their membership and ask for talks with sisu, tell me then I didn't know what I was talking about!

The voice of the fans? Do me a favour! Where is there call of outrage? Individuals have, but once more the trust has gone silent!

What a surprise

Oh fuck off please. We're all a bit gutted and still taking things in, we can well do without your self-indulgent rantings about the trust!

So it's really a different company to SISU who've won the bid.

I like the way Snrub thinks.

Hi chaps; I can't stay on here tonight. I would if I could and readily join in the conversation, but I will be taking calls & texts on my Summer Saturday Sport show tomorrow afternoon (2pm-6pm) on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire. If you want to air your opinions, please contact the show tomorrow.

Call 0845 900 5 200 or text: CW + your message to 81333. Graham Mack taking calls & texts now, & I will be tomorrow between 2pm & 6pm.

Just a couple of points to bear in mind - Sisu said (& their bid apparently included this) that they will pay all unrelated, unsecured creditors (ACL, Coventry City Council & one other that I can't remember off the top of my head) in full. That would leave the debt (£45-million, or whatever it is) that is owed to Sisu itself and there are various ways in which that could be discharged. It will be interesting to see what route they take.

People have said that the FA should investigate and that the Football League will impose a further points penalty. My understanding is that neither is likely, The FA are unlikely to get involved and Sisu say that they have kept the League informed of their intentions should they be succesful, so my guess is that the League will give its blessing to the way the club exits administration. It's the latter that determines whether or not there is a further points deduction.

That's how I see it tonight, but time will tell if that's right.

Do call or text the show tomorrow; callers will be specially welcome. So many people prefer to text these days, so it is usually easier to get through if you call.

If I am able to take my lunch hour between those times then I will listen on the iPlayer. Thanks for chairing the debates you were very good and I only wished I could have been at one of them.

Nah, Snrub is from the monorail episode. He gets the plant back from the Germans when they realise what a lemon they've bought and accept a cut-price bid.

This has only made the club more attractive to the
New owner and more valuable to Sisu.
The bottom of the cycle Tim mentioned is passing.
Sisu ARE going and the club will be sold on Sisu valuation.

Interesting that Otium are acquiring it.

This might mean that SISU are proposing to liquidate CCFC Ltd, CCFC Holdings and any other companies the original investors have a share of. In other words, SISU now own the club outright and the investors have lost everything.

The supporters are, perhaps, not the only group being screwed by this manoeuvre.

Thank you Paul Appleton you corrupt bent as f*ck bald c*nt!! Thank you Football League for ratifying this bullsh*t decision...And most of all thank you SISU for destroying our club from the moment you 'saved' us all those years ago.

We deserve so much better than this. I know this was inevitable but deep down I hoped that the footballing gods would shine on us for once. No wonder that fat tosser was so smug at the forums.

I'm lost for words, not really sure what the future holds for us now. Extinction?

Why am I now thinking of Lyle Lanley and the phrase I've built stadiums in Brandon etc.

Hmm SlowerthanPlatts' view is music to sisu. They have been counting on the fans loyalty to the club blinding them to just how awful they have treated the fans!

Just think of what sisu have done in their tenure.

When they arrived, they brought Ray Ranson, who like him or loathe him brought in some quality players. The 2 dans, Gunnarsson, Westwood Van Aarnholt, we had Ben Turner Marting Keogh - the list just keeps growing.

Now just look of those players, how many have gone on the the premiership, or at least upwardly mobile. There was a real feeling that alhough success hadn't been achieved, it was only a few players away. It Could have been achieved. And it wouldn't have taken too much financing to achieve.

Instead, all these players were sold for relative peanuts, and brought in the likes of Platt, Bell and Malaga. Sure managerial mistakes were made, but these could have been corrected. Instead they tried to slash costs before it was necessary, and promoted Andy Thorn.

So the inevitable happened, and they were relegated. Then they cried wolf and engineered the whole rent issue, Knowing they had confused the issue to such an extent it would take a genius to unravel - Instead they hired Paul Appleton.

Of course all bar the last 2-3 weeks the voice of the fans was silent, trying to play both sides.

The only real course of action now is the not one penny more campaign. The "voice of the fans" has been unheard or just plain ignored. The "trust" is a busted flush. How can they now claim to represent the fans, yet still push for a place on the board?

Just watch the members leave the sbt in their droves now they have utterly failed.

We now have the insane situation where the self-proclaimed "voice of the fans" is going to go against those fans, and we have despised owners!

I'm guessing it wont be long before sisu sell up, but under their terms. They could of course go against type and invest heavily in the squad, but this would be against everything sisu have ever done!

Congratulations sisu - you have killed off the heart of the club. Enjoy losing millions with the empty gates

Not sure why everyone's having a go at Appleton, his job was to make sure the creditors are happy not the fans.

Not really, but this was part of the offer put to the administrator so I'm pretty sure its true, it also means there is no need for a CVA. I imagine they have done it through gritted teeth but they had no option but to pay ACL in full as I see it.

Without sounding like a kid, he started it!

If someone wants to go and watch them in Walsall then fine, I couldn't care less.

What I do care about is being told I'm not a real fan for not wanting to go. If you can't take it then don't dish it out.

Will you not go at all even if we play at the Ricoh?

It was bad enough last season with just 10K there, left alone gates of 6k-7k. Very bad times.

Not unexpected and i don't think it was unexpected by PKHIV and friends so their next move could be interesting. But lets be a bit positive this should lift the embago shackles off and allow Stephen Pressley to go ahead with his team building. It also allows Fisher as he said to announce who he intends to ground share with and then we the fans can really make a difference, making it clear to our would be landlords we ain't happy. We can also involve our landlords fans to get involved and protest to their directors.

That proffessor Beech was on the radio and stated it being just about 50/50 if the FL agree although he leaned towards they would. But there's another issue, the football club currently is a giant millstone round the sisu neck, has to be, costs and wages currently outstrip income massively, to get the FL agreement they have to put up a bond, a million i think and then there's the escrow account to put back. I have a feeling this is a long long way from being over. We the fans can play a big part now, don't buy season tickets, pay on the day that way sisu will find difficult to plan ahead secuity, policing etc. would love stewards to boycott matches now that would severly hit them as they would have to pay police for every game a massive drain on finances, don't buy merchandise, doesn't look like we have a new kit anyway. So feep cool and lets await the next episode.
