anyone know when the players report back?

I hope they stick some lengthly videos of them training. I remember a few years back they but the running bleep - yo-yo rest up- Daniels and Connor Thomas were lasted the longest

Not sure who my money would be on in current squad

I'd back Mason.

Normally the last week in June, was later last year because of the play offs extending the season.

From looking at social media seems a few of them have hired their own coaches and are already getting ready for the season.

You’d think the club would hire a summer coach for those that want it or something. Seems weird then hiring their own.

Guess its something that's filtered down from the Prem. Some of them may well be paid for by the club as some are training at Ryton.

Re: training - do the players actually train at times of the day that mirror match days? It might seem a trivial thing but if we're usually playing 3pm wouldn't it be even a slight advantage if the body is used to strenuous exercise at that time of day? If you train in the am and by mid afternoon are sat with your feet up playing computer games wouldn't your body expect strenuos exercise soon after waking up then relaxing? Just a thought.

The kid is always road running on his own,as well as training full time. So let’s just give him a break.
And no I am not related.

I wasn’t having a go! If anything I was having a go at all the fans that call him fat. I find it a ridiculous accusation for a footballer.

He’s been having PT sessions. To be fair to him, he seems to be trying his best to grasp his chance in professional football, especially compared to, say, Hickman.
I've heard people who have been on a night out with him who say the same. Didn't drink at all
