How on earth do managers keep getting such long contracts? Yes he's done an excellent job so far but what if it all goes tits up? We know as well as any club the kind of mess you can get into due to managers' compensation fees.
Brighton must be thinking though that if he carries on doing well anyone coming in for him, which the surely would, will have to pay substantial compensation.
