When you add Godden, Kane, Rose, Eccles, Walker, Waghorn, Doyle Allen, Tavares plus according to Robins a couple more to come in add some youngsters we have a pretty decent and variable squad on paper is strong enough ? We’ll see.

As long as O'Hare doesn't leave in the interim that is pretty much our strongest team. Have a feeling that MR will play Wilson and Rose in place of Moore and McFadzean though.

I like it, other than losing O'Hare obviously.

I do also think Godden will be in there with Gyokeres. Surely he has to find a way to play them both? I can't see him benching either of them anyway.

Why are you playing Gyokeres in the number 10 position behind Godden? He's the only that likes to run in behind and down the channels stretching the opposition.

I put him as a free roaming player as you say running the channels and Godden as the out and out striker.

That’s what happens when you shop in the bargain bin of other teams rejects. Just stick with unfit players and have to hope you can get them up to speed in a reasonable time.

Please name me one other player whose been a success for us in the Championship and barely played the season before due to being bombed out of their former club. Not including Moore seeing as keepers don’t require the same level of fitness as outfield players.

Obviously I want Palmer to do well here but it’s never a good sign when the manager is talking about it taking months for a footballer to ready to start games.
