found it - POLICE: The West Orchards Shopping Centre car-park is currently closed due to a police incident.
Police were called out at 10.20am to reports of a man who is threatening to jump off the roof of the building.
Surrounding roads have been cordoned off by the police.
Corporation Street is closed in both directions at Upper Well Street.
