What a pain. It says I am not entitled to buy my daughter's ticket ( Under 13 Free) but if I change it to an U16 (£5) it lets me add it to basket.
I thought about buying my own seperately and then logging in as my daughter to buy hers but that will not work as you cannot buy a junior under 13 ticket without buying an adult ticket at the same time
Worked fine for me. Logged in and it said you have a reserved ticket. Clicked on that and paid, job done. Although it seems to have sent me an e-ticket rather than load it on my card but that's not really a problem.

That has happened to us before too. Today it allowed me to add the tickets to our ST cards, but earlier in the season it didn't offer that and we had print at home facility, but when we got to the turnstiles they wouldn't let us in and we had to queue at the ticket office to get replacement tickets. done mine got three but had to move cos it would not let me select any seats which were by my season ticket so binned my checkout and started again this time did not click on the rserved seat button. It let me buy three tickets next to each other and i paid postage to get them delivered to my addess The etickets are ok but when you go to the turnstile to get in it does not recognise the soddng barcode so you then have to go to the ticket office to get replacements!! Bollox to that for a game of soldiers methinks
