The 'McDire' comment is grossly unfair as well as unfunny. He did OK, not as energetic as Allen (who is?) but some decent attacking play. Not had much football, so bound to be a little rusty at this stage. Remains to be seen if he can do enough to get a contract.

Yep, but pretty standard footy fan behaviour unfortunately.
Maguire looked like exactly what he is. A player who has had his career ravaged by injury, not had hardly any football, very few minutes in our team & system & playing out of position.
