No matter how good a run we may go on under Carsley, let's not forget, he was still Shaws assistant. We need a new man in. It sounds like we're looking to adopt the Swansea approach of employing a manager who fits the ethos of the club rather than a name. It has been clear that prior to the employment of Robins, we have not been asking the right questions during the interview process. We had has beens and the philosophy of football changed more frequent than Robins' employment status.

In 5 months, Robins has laid the foundations of a winning club, let's get someone who can continue the trend.

The sense of betrayal will be a cloud hanging over us for a long time... It's just another thing we've got to fight through.
