Hate to say this but it must be peaceful.
We are not Leeds or Millwall, we are Coventry City.
Lets just keep this in the media, let the FL see that there were supporters on the hill tomorrow and only a few in ground.
What would have a bigger impact and make things happen quicker, an empty stadium or a full stadium?
100 on hill tomorrow, then we want 500 on the hill in front of the sky cameras against Sheffield.

500 on the hill you can't get that many paying customers going to the game. :p

Need to be load and annoying I am really good at that, just need a few more like me...:p

Tony, part of the prob is we've been suffering for a decade or more but for the wider public and media they are only just beginning to see there is an issue here. So in the bigger picture it's actually very early days. I've always said this is a war of attrition and we have to be in it for the long haul. First kcic event in London had 6 people, last time it was over 40 and for first time we got our story into a financial paper. Tomorrow on Jimmy's Hill I'll be happy with 50 and then we build up for sheff u and a good media story. A campaign like this has to work on several levels and pressure is building. This week alone there's been headlines about directors being prosecuted, more evidence questioning intention of building a ground and FL's competence being challenged. I also keep using the nagging tooth campaign analogy - events are planned through to mid Oct and then we review where we're at. Some people advocate civil disobedience (as opposed to non-peaceful action which would only be counter-productive) but we're not at that stage yet.

I can agree with where your coming from, but how do we get the majority of fans to actually do something rather than just sit at home and do nothing?
Am fed up with everyone saying how bad things are yet most just talk the talk.

I know someone who wanted to superglue all of the locks at Sixfields and he is a Northampton fan.

Trouble is it is easy to get others to do it. I for one do all I can I can't get time off work tomorrow and am absolutely Gutted.

Don't expect anything for doing what I feel is right, shame more can't spare a couple of hours for one day but hay ho maybe wrong, really hope so.

The whole idea of protesting is the acknowledgement that results are rarely instant. It's the start of September and already people are giving up on the idea.

we need to come together on the hill for the televised games. more outside than inside and out sing them too. lets take a leaf out of shitsu's book and make a public statement but one with some substance.

i think it would also be nice if we turn up in force to cheer the lads that are visiting the ricoh as part of their tour of all the league's grounds, perhaps the trust can organise some media coverage locally and nationally if possible.

Mass support at away games where everyone holds up a piece of skyblue card (obviously we can't choreograph an Olympic style graphic) - this could create a whole block of colour which maybe TV cameras would notice and the cards could also all be printed with our protest message if any cameras care to zoom in. I'm just trying to think cheap and easy rather than too complicated. The cards could be held up every time the sky blues song rang out and it would need volunteers to hand out the cards at turnstiles. Other than that I'm thinking naked ladies on horses......
