That’s what they said, I have those things and it doesn’t work for me. Not dealing with it tonight as I have Sky, but iFollow ‘support’ just said - contact club. Not impressed with the hoops people have to jump through to simply watch a fucking game we’ve already paid for.

The club managed to get me access after i got in touch this afternoon. Weirdly it seems that me buying a video pass for Barnsley didnt set te right type of account up, i needed to have registered for a 'basic pass' for some reason. All seems very stupid but i cannot fault the response from the club today.
