After the success of the Legends day we have coming up on the 25th of August the Cov ladies game I m going to that and suggest as a protest see if we can get a similar number to attend.
However on the 8th of September City are playing Colchester at sixfields how do you feel about having a party on the Hill?
All nice and peacefull clap the players off the coach which will show our support for them then up the hill you know the sort of thing disposable barberques few drinks. A couple of hundred of us having a good time up there no violence no arguements but NOPM think of the media attention. Would show City fans in a good light and protest at the same time. Just a thought

Maybe very well intentioned but it only needs a couple of morons to ruin the whole thing. The last thing we need is more in-fighting amongst fans.

As responsible supporters not looking to cause trouble I am sure the police would not stop two or three hundred law abiding citizens congregating on a piece of public land bring your wife girlfriend boyfriend or better still all three bring the kids dog mother in law bring them all as I said a family day just like Sunday

The path along the hill is a public right of way. I believe The hill itself is part of the leasehold for the ground (always a contentious issue as to who is responsible for what when the puddle returns).

If you organise it properly with our local police there should be no problem about numbers.

As for disposable bbq's. could be a fire risk. The grass hasn't been cut for ages and is very dry

All are welcome show the decent side of our club yesterday at the Ricoh was brilliant and sad for me for one reason the kids babies toddlers etc all in Sky Blue and those Sisu bastards have taken it away from them without a thought. Im 58 ive had the good times jimmy Hill era winning promtions The Cup class players like Robbie Hucks etc what have the kids got? Their Citys football team playing 34 miles from the city a laughing stock. Its you fathers grandfathers etc that can make them proud do the right thing GET THESE BASTARDS OUT and bring our fooball club back home

We should get there early so as to clap players off the coach we should not hang around then but go straight to the hill this will keep potential trouble away. What time do the players get there? Everybody in sky blue no Sisu out before we get up the hill please thats if you have to

Police would move you along, they always do when there is more than about 50 people on the hill. Either that or they'll just put up fences.

The police actually have no powers to move a static protest, only marches. I believe the SBT have previously contacted the Northants police and been told the hill will not be fenced off and they have no issue with there being a protest there.

SISU could probably screen off the view from the hill. But as has been said already, if more and more fans travel to the hill then gradually they will start going in, therefore all SISU need to do is keep teasing them with the view from the hill.

I would stay away and spend the travelling money on local teams including CCLFC or for travelling to the away games.

I don't think standing on hill legitimises the move to Sixfields, far from it. What it shows is that there are people willing to travel all that way to offer what little support they can, whilst giving nothing to SISU. Personally, I applaud that.
