one of those honest team meetings needed now, and if anyone not willing to put bodies on the line, they should be nowhere near the squad

Oxford we need to get our heads back together . We have won every home game bar one since the summer -
If we are back in the right frame of mind we have to win that one
Then the cup final v Boro

2 weeks from now we will either have given up on the autos, or back with a good lead
I think this is where they get back to winning ways, with a shaky win v oxford, and then one of those memorable perfomances v Boro - which kicks us on again

Nothing i have seen in the last few weeks makes me think this is possible, but this is what we do

I say one must win, one must not lose. Doesn't matter too much which, though probably would be better to beat Boro admittedly and drawing at home to Oxford which would probably see us lose top spot wouldn't be great preparation.
If Hull win tomorrow - win Saturday and then the following week (all at home) they'll be top as we don't play Boro until Monday. (That is assuming we win against Oxford!)

If you’re Sunderland it’s a lucky charm. Play as shite as you want and get away with it.
Defensively they were pretty amazing. And sometimes you have to take your hat off to managers and change of tactics.

Their game plan over two legs was amazing.

They smelt blood vs Sheff united in final and took their chance with both hands.

No more excuses.

I think they had a game plan so sit in and soak up pressure and hit on the break or at set pieces, a tactic that is serving them in the Prem currently.

Whereas we were genuinely very good and are now genuinely very shite. Here's to hoping that re can reset and get back ok track.
