Yeah I think the whole multiple company thing is a red herring. People putting 2 + 2 and getting 5. It makes sense that if we have lots of little shareholders that they would want their investments firewalled to some extent. The MDs are the same as its essentially the same company.

The question that none of these "hard hitting interviews" have bothered to ask is simple and more important than the ownership. What's the plan? Are we just hoping to grow income? What's the plan if (when) we go down? Are the club now expected to be entirely self funded?

Shmmeee ,only the other day you were likening them to loan sharks ,now you seem to be buying KDs fudged response to the question of multiple companies being set up ,what is so different for them now as investors ,Yet hav'nt all the the shares been bundled in together in the Sconset vehicle ,prior to the setting up of Otium /Avro.What benefit is there for them in seperating out their investment ,unless as to when and how and for how much they sellout or gain interest.

take the point shmmeee there needs to be a plan. I think people equate not communicating it to us as not having one. I dont think that is the case, people like this are very calculating .......... they need to be to make their money. There is a plan, a very detailed one with a plan in case we go down, they just are not telling us. Though we feel morally (perhaps correctly) that they should tell us there is no duty on their part to do so.

I think this is just going to be a case of SISU (like many others) moving their funds away from proposed EU regulatory changes for hedge funds.

I have had a reply to the email I sent the Football League

"Thank you for your email.

The Football League’s Owners’ and Directors’ Test requires all directors to confirm that there are no “dual associations” within the meaning of our regulations. At this time, based on the information we have been supplied with we believe the Club is compliant in that respect.

We are unable to comment further on the issues of ownership by virtue of the fact that any discussions between The League and any Club are confidential.

However, we remain committed to seeking to ensure our Clubs remain compliant at all times.

In reference to the Owners’ and Directors’ Test please view Appendix IV available on our website here http://www.football-league.co.uk/regulations/20110629/appendix-4_2293633_2128219.

In addition please find an FAQ regarding the Owners and Directors Test which you may find useful http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/FAQ/FAQsDetail/0,,10794~2428071,00.html.

Thank you for contacting The Football League."

No further forward:thinking about:

You won't get help from that lot. Brighton had the same problems with some dodgy owners a for years back and the FL just wasn't interested. The only way forward is for fans to drive them out in any method possible.
