and i am sure the vast majority of signings were british ?
In the period between 1995 and 1999 are you sure? We had a massive amount of overseas signings in that period didn't we?

our 1999 squad had 26 players, of which 9 weren't from UK or ROI

Hedman, Nilsson, Konjic, Boatang, Gioacchini (who ever that was), Soltvedt, Hall, Clement, Aloisi,
At what?
Zuniga definately signed that season and I'm pretty certain the South Americans did too
In struggling to see your point. So 30% were overseas and I'm sure the signing ratio of overseas to domestic was very high in tgat period
In the premier league in the 90's I disagree I think the vast majority of better players were British.
Isasis was a midfielder Lalas was a centre half.
Mo scrapped player of season?
So a 1998 link demonstrated he didn't play in the 1999 season?

1st game was the 8-2 loss at Southampton in 84. You think that would have been a sign wouldnt you !
Oh here we go... I have supported the club for considerably longer than you... and by the way, how many games do you go to???
Lalas was a centre half. Not sure how that relates in any way to Coventry City though.
Patrick Suffo believe he was at the Alvis last year and still not that old.
He played for us as much as Jarni did![]()
So just arguing for the sake of it then?
Oh the irony..!!![]()
Cobi jones don, good player?
Lalas?! What the...!!! Might as well say van nistelrooy or weah!
And why are people saying Gunnar and Suffo? They didn't play in the prem for us
