Order reference but not in History (3 Viewers)

Hi, just posted this in another thread, but can someone help? I eventually placed an order successfully for three tickets and noted the reference number. However, it hasn't appeared in Purchase History. Should I assume not placed? I needed five tickets in total and eventually ordered those two and these immediately appeared in Purchase History. Had to order over two orders as damn tickets timed out by fourth one. Help!!

If you have a reference number and the money's gone out of your account, I'm sure it's fine.

Few people get confirmation emails, so purchase history not updated is a possibility I guess.

My purchase history was updated instantly with my JSB purchase and tickets. I would check with the club.

Not sure if I trust doing any sort business on line, it's always a risk. I just ordered something on line with Asda and when it didn't show up when promised I called their customer services who apologised and said that there had been an error made and that the order was deleted. I was given a full refund that is now back in my account and given a further £5 for the inconvenience. The item was then delivered to me the next day!!!!!!!!
