Seen some things saying he is a solid player at this level but never really heard of him before. Good signing or not?
Sorry, not sure what you're getting at. Just wanted to know if he's a decent player or not.Can we let him play before we write him off?

Kevin Foley has been an extremely consistent performer for years with the clubs he has played for. Similar type of a player to Denis Irwin at Man Utd but obviously at a lower level. He's not going to be great in the air like Reda as someone has asked earlier. As long as he is happy with opinions of others formed from other people's opinions that will do then I guessBecause other people may know of fans of them respective clubs, it's really not that stupid as some people know way more about foley than others as you can see with the replies that actually answer his question.
