If I didn't want to sit on the fence like I did I think id have to go ACL just down to the fact Sisu said they want to liquidate us while ACL just administration. Lesser of two evils for me, I also believe that ACL have a potential buyer lined up.
But could be yet more smoke and mirrors so ill go back to sitting on the fence
ACL have also threatened liquidation. They threatened it first.
But the label of Ccfc (Sisu) in my opinion is wrong, as Sisu have no care for the club or us fans.

But they haven't gone through with that so looks like empty words, would you put it against SISU to actually liquidate us ? Honest question or do you think that's also empty words ?
And neither have SISU, unless I've been in a coma and SISU actuallly DID liquidate us. If so, then I apologise.
As neither side has liquidated you can't say one is better than the other or the words are more hollow on one side than the other. You obviously are on the side of ACL - or against SISU, whichever - so naturally you say ACL haven't gone through with it, but SISU would. Even though they haven't. So the upshot, to me, if they're as bad as each other.
ACL have also threatened liquidation. They threatened it some time ago.
Have i missed something when did acl threaten to liquidate ccfc ?
Yes, looked like you missed something:
The Board of ACL has already issued a Statutory Demand for payment, the deadline for which has long since passed, and is now looking at its legal options. These legal options include petitioning the courts to grant an order to wind up CCFC and starting off the process of placing the Club into compulsory liquidation.

But that is not the intention. They staved off the prospect of SISU liquidating us sooner. The ultimate outcome could be liquidation but SISU were threatening it anyway. If nothing else it will buy us time.
The keyword in the CET quote is option, ACL have not exercised the option to wind up, the have applied for administration.
And neither did SISU did they? It was an option for SISU and it was an option for ACL. So why is one more acceptable to you and FF?

But the point is ACL have gone for a different option, Sisu haven't played their cards yet in my opinion. It's not that either are better than the other it's that Sisu haven't showed their hand and no one knows what it will be
The next paragraph starts "Nobody wants this to be the outcome", so what they said was they did not want to do it, but it remains a possibility.
Desperately excusing ACL for threatening exactly the same as SISU. Pathetic really.

I went with neither. I don't trust a single word on either side so short of a magic ball that could tell me which result would see us better off I have no reason to side with what appears to be two groups of overgrown children playing he said, she said while playing with the future of a football club.
So as it stands 70% do not side with ACL -- so much for the SBT claim that supporters want administration.
And yet less side with SISU even when the "ballot paper" lumps them in with CCFC.
