It's about the delayed pass so they've covered it with an amendment where a player doing a scoop pass is not in the spirit of the game,whereas a GK throw is given leeway to the last second of a throw out is when it Will be judged,I think it wouldn't have helped our argument but more pressure with our goal as an example would be appreciated by the club who started the debate, a Swedish third division club,if anyone wants to send to ifab I'm sure David Ellery would appreciate it!

IFAB are wrong and Torn are right. It should obviously be when the ball leaves the foot because until then, as they’ve shown, the passing player is in control of it. Typical football authorities that even when politely but conclusively proven wrong they still can’t accept it.
