Don't agree I pick on JOB prove it, l rarely diss any player while they are here but the facts speak for themselves he is either sub or substituted. If he plays and plays regularly no one will be more pleased than me. It looks to me TM is slowly bringing in players of a higher calibre and it was needed.

Mowbrays rotated the midfield 3 regularly. We've played 25 league game.

Job 18 starts 4 sub
Kent 10 start 7 sub
Murphy 16 starts 7 subs
Cole 6 starts 1 sub
Lamieres 13 starts 5 subs

Not sure what your point is.

I would be concerned if JOB goes to one of our rivals especially.

He works so hard and always has that killer ball in him and the ability to score some great goals.

Hope he stays, but if TM believes him to be surplus then I wish him well wherever he ends up.

JOB is one of the engine rooms along with Fleck - yes he can have an off game as all of them can - but I would say in the majority he can change a game - his attitude is exemplary

Elson Hooi gaat zoals bekend naar alle verwachting voor 1,5 jaar tekenen bij het Engelse Coventry City. #NACpraat #NAC

From the same guy on Twitter originally...which basically means he will sign a 1 1/2 year contract

Gladwin, 23, has returned to QPR and Williams said he would be surprised if the midfielder was allowed back to Swindon.
"I'd like to say yes, but if I was QPR, or a number of other clubs, I'd be looking at Ben," he continued.
"QPR may decide they want to keep him or want him to go to a club where he is going to be pushed more. I'm not holding my breath on that one."

Gladwin really would put us up there as title contenders (if we aren't already!)

If we do grab Gladwin it suggests to me one of ours could be on their way or perhaps Bigiriama might not happen

Don't know the lad so well, but he's highly thought of then I'd rather have him in the side anyway.

JOB is great for us. Box to box, tackles, creates and links up and notches every now and then. We are making some great signings. Agree with an above post that we have a fiery set of players in which is good. The weather is going to worsen for the next month or two so the pitches will worsen and we will have to dig deep at times. I remember watching Hunt on TV and thinking he was a little terrier. The sort of player you hate on the other team but would like on yours. Good stuff. Keep em coming Mogga!

He only gets subbed off because he runs himself into the ground for 70-75 mins and we need fresh legs not because he lacks ability or Mowbray doesn't rate him. If Mowbray didn't rate him, he wouldn't play him full stop let alone start him in the majority of games.

I'm not sure what your point is.

Obviously don't know much about the guy but if this is true think could be a good signing. Pace on the YouTube videos looks frightening.

Dion Charles possibly is genuine because we wanted to take him on trial a few months back.

I doubt Stokes is though to be honest

You did say leave him out for Bigiamara which was a pretty odd call.

Dutch media saying Elson Hooi has signed for us until the end of next season.

Fantastic signing. Real pace that will cause havoc in this league.

When/if we get another striker that Mowbray wants then that pushes Tudgay down to 4th choice with Armstrong (hopefully), the new guy and Fortune in front of him.

I wouldn't see the point in paying decent wages for a 4th choice striker, who hardly plays now as 3rd choice. I think Sambou would become the 4th striker and Tudgay will be leaving.

I would keep Tudgay and move out Fortune. I agree with the vast majority of decisions by TM and MV but don't get what they see in Fortune. Appreciate a different approach required for some away games but need somebody more mobile than Fortune.

Think the same sometimes, but Mowbray obviously sees something we don't in training
