Long way to go yetDoes he have what it takes to make it in the premier rleague? If not then I guess it just makes sense
Where are Wycombe currently?
About 30 miles NE of Reading.Where are Wycombe currently?
I only saw him once in a pre season friendly versus MK (then league 2), he had excellent link up play with Kasey Palmer.I only saw him only once in a friendly at Exeter a couple of seasons ago. I thought he had something about him, but he was never given opportunity here under Robins or Frank. Shame really, but obviously have to trust manager and coaching staff’s judgement. Good luck to him.

Initial fee of 500 kWe used to go to most home U21 games when he first started coming through. He had some great games, particularly at the CBS and he - to me at least - really stood out as someone who could actually make it.
Ordinarily, I think that would have been with us, but our success this season means he's been left behind. I have no doubt he will have a good career at Championship level.
Guess or knowledge?Initial fee of 500 k
So I read on the Coventry Live site. They may have been guessing of course .Guess or knowledge?

Has he ever played for the first team even as a sub in a league game ?Cheap deal if that's true. Hope we have a substantial sell on just in case he steps up.
Not for us no but has 52 senior appearances over 3 loan spells. Not saying he would make it here but he's got good attributes and has done enough during his loan spells to hint that he at least has a craic and a decent career.Has he ever played for the first team even as a sub in a league game ?
Happy with that. Best of luck to him![]()
Deal agreed for QPR to sign Obikwu for initial £500,000 - West London Sport
QPR have agreed a deal to sign striker Justin Obikwu from Coventry City. An agreement in principle is in place for the 21-year-old from Brent to return to London for an initial fee of £500,000. Personal terms are still to be agreed and there are other clubs interested in Obikwu, but he looks set...www.westlondonsport.com
Next season, we should be in the Prem. Any young player we’re not confident can make that step up should be moved on.Sort of wonder if QPR think they’ll get a higher level/tune out of him, why couldn’t we? Meh. Not important really.
