I agree. Fans should be left to do what they want (whatever that is) without being subject to abuse from total strangers on a message board.

If you go to Sixfields or not or if you attend Fa Cup games or not should be up to the individual. I admit I'm having a go because of the name calling and abuse to us Sixfielders over the last few months. But I promise to stop it now. Honest.

Completely agree. So why did the other thread get so bad?

You know how these things start. I honestly (honestly!) come on here thinking I'm not going to argue with anyone as I go to home matches with my son, we have a good time together and that's all that matters to him, but then I read something or other and it gets out of hand - and I will hold my hand up and say that I go a little OTT sometimes. I will try and stop it and if I can't then I won't come on here. One or the other.

Really, we all support the Club however we wish to show it.

i guess people who wont attend sixfields get labled NOPM wums as sixfiels attendees get labled sisu wums.

most people or somewhere in the middle. i would guess the majority wont go to "home" games at sixfields but go to ALL available away days. Some, like me, are NOPM until coventry return to the Ricoh or a ground within the city of coventry, ie not 9 maybe 10 maybe 11 maybe 12 or whatever its moved too this week from the city centre. and then there is the hard core NOPM till Sisu are gone.

but i guess there are some who were just waiting for the oppertunity to put the knife into anyone who wont go to sixfields on basic principle and this is the best they can do.

It's impossible to do 100% NOPM so just do your best.
The occasional slip will not make any difference as its the long term effect and the indication to SISU that we don't support their fluffy Plan A.
In fact it might just give Sisu a feel good factor in regards some high profile mingling at Arsenal and what Coventry City could be doing every week!!

I would even accept that going to Arsenal and filling the away allocation will do more good for our cause on this occasion.
Just imagine the commentator saying they only get 1000 at home yet we have 11,000 here today. Something is seriously wrong here ??????

Would be even better if the 1000 was zero but that's another story !!

Not going myself (at the moment !!)

Yup bored of the usual suspects trying to justify their trips to Sixfields, if you go , it's your choice and your conscience but stop trying to make yourselves seem like the norm, you're not, you are very much in the minority !! NOPM is hard to maintain totally but the general aim is to deprive the hedge fund of a large percentage of their 'expected' revenues from historically loyal supporters.

Moving back to Coventry full time is far more important than a 90 mins whooping at Arsenal.

There has been no better post than this on this thread. Fair play to you pal. It's up to people what they do and they should be able to do it without abuse. I don't go to Sixfields but couldn't care less who does...

Justification isn't needed.
