Your grandparents tell me you're all over the world following them. Fair play to you. Being a Cov City fan is enough for me !
He's just been on with his city shirt and half and half scarf. He was the fella trying to start the Mexican wave!

Club shirt at an international, half scarf and a wave. 3 prison worthy offences. Don't even joke about such appalling behaviour.

BBC says 'outside the UK'
Following England women's cricket team ODI.
They beat West Indies by 5 runs. West Indies were 57-0 in reply to England's 149 but then collapsed to 144 all out.
Very exciting game.

He's passed it maybe, no not maybe, definitely . :p

Fair play to Nick. Didn't know we had a Rooney emoji on here.

bet you loved the dab cam ;)

Almost as bad as Bongo cam and the cringeworthy stadium announcer. He actually said yesterday: "make sure you smoke your cigarettes before entering as you won't be allowed back in if you leave". This was over the PA... inside the ground!

Yes mate, first time. That said, I have pulled them a few times in the past 12 months so I think you're right about getting to a certain age. I'm 36 and they're not what they used to be!

Interesting about the cycling. I'm a bit of a road cyclist and am/was about to start training for Lands End to John O'Groats which I'm organising for next September. Might give it a couple of weeks then and go out for a gentle, flat ride.

What bike you got wm? Did you go to the cycle show a couple of weeks back? Was a great day out.

I didn't mate...I'd probably end up spending too much! I've got a Mekk Poggio road bike. Treated myself a couple of years ago when I organised a London-Paris ride and she's been good to me.

Planning Lands End to John O'Groats next year. A lot of training needed!

Nice bike! It was a cracking day out, I was so lucky that my little one decided he didn't want to go out, it meant I could test ride a few bikes including this beauty! I had a 20 minute blast on this, the most fun I've had on a bike in a long time!

I really want to get a road bike, but at the minute the missus won't let me as its "too dangerous" and I "will get myself killed". :(

You're not wrong, thats a long way you'll definitely have to get some training in when you feel up to it!

Would love a Pinnarello...that would be proper saving!

Yeah, they're not cheap. Halfords do a decent range with decent prices. When I got mine, it was a new bike but there were two newer versions so getting the older model made it a bit cheaper.

Hoping to get back on in a couple of weeks with some light rides. Not liking this feet up malarkey!
