Feb is huge if we’ve got playoff ambitions, we play 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th (and Rotherham)

March we play exclusively bottom half teams including all the bottom three, huge if you think we’re going to get relegated.

Every possibility here of a decent run that sets us up for the run in. Fadz Godden and Eccles back, maybe one more signing.

What do people think we can get out of this?

So what size is February if you think we’ll tick along in mid table for a big summer rebuild?

assuming we keep Vik..

West Brom - L
Luton - D
Millwall - W
Rotherham - W
Sunderland - D

Huddersfield - W
Hull - D
Wigan - W
Blackpool - L

15 points from 9 would keep us ticking over and assumedly in the hunt or on the periphery at the business end. Probably a tad too optimistic during a difficult run of Feb fixtures but you never know!

In my view Playoffs are possible - all teams going going through the injury / yellow card tot up - we are well positioned with a much stronger squad that a month ago PUSB - game by game

Luton, Millwall, Sunderland, Hull are all at home. I would be very surprised if we only win one of those games. Blackpool haven't won in 10 league games, their last win being against our sicknote team.

Not too many games to be afraid of. Let's see how we do. Could be exciting. Nice to not be looking at the bottom end of table for sure.

We have an outside chance of playoffs. Even if we within 6 going into final 3 games of season that's exciting.

Still think 15 points from the 9 games tbf, would be nice to suprise west Brom, and we never seem to do well against milwall imo

Think we'll finish on about 60 points. Not really threatening either end of the table.

I've got no idea to be honest. It changes every week on here from relegation to promotion, and I can't keep up.

Having Godden and McFadzean back will help, as the former should contribute a few much needed goals. The latter solidifying the defence.

I would take a mid-table position right now, with a serious focus on rebuilding the squad come the end of the season.

I can’t help but notice how few people have answered how they think we’ll do in this spell of games, but that’s SBT

I think next month is huge, a few wins at home and we’re right in the mix for the playoffs with a decent run the month after to solidify it. Especially if we can get one more in. Have a sneaky feeling that win and the cavalry arriving will have a positive impact on the team and the fans will respond. West Brom is going to be tough but I think the next 8 are winnable with the right momentum. Doesn’t mean we’ll win 8/8 but a real chance for a little run that sets us up well for the last block of 8 games.

I just don’t think we are going anywhere near the play offs or relegation really. If king suddenly produced a swag of cash and we sign some serious players and get Gyokeres on a huge contract maybe so.

Don’t see any of that though and it’s really what’s happening now in the summer

Also last time I said something similar to this after the shambolic start to the season we went on that run. So get your bets on.

But now I’ve said that it won’t happen. Don’t bet.

It's difficult to answer because we don't know whether you'll get your wish for Gyokeres to be sold.

If we lose Vik, we could do worse than sign sign that Paul Mullin from Wrexham - terrorising Sheff Utd.

You’ve hooked me. People were getting shot down when they were rightfully worried by our form. Win our 2nd game in 10 and now the play offs/top 10 are on. It’s completely irrational debate.

You watching him play atm?
Think people assume that because he's at that level, meh, but a Championship player imo. Obviously not Vik, but he'd do a job for a couple of seasons.

Edit: wouldn't happen, because no resale value.

We only lost to Burnley and Norwich and people had us going down

Do you not agree it’s a decent block of games that will show us where we stand though? Certainly the Feb games will show if we can beat the teams above us. If not then playoffs definitely not on, but if so…
