This might seem like a petty one but could you ask why it takes so long to update the youth team pages on the website?
They are still not updated from last season and because of this, people like the young lad Shepherd who recently featured on the bench for us, does not appear at all. They are all in last years kit and there is no indication of who is out on loan or who has moved up from 18's to 21's. It just looks so shoddy and unprofessional.

News around them has dropped off a cliff since King came in. I thought it was intentional to stop info about kids but it’s just haphazard out of date info.

is there a plan/idea to bring in fast food type ordering machines or is there simply not enough room
They have it in Spain - you order at the machine and pay, the take the receipt to the counter and they scan the code and give you what you ordered - all ready.

Would need a lot of trialling and it simply may not be viable due to cost/space/application etc

Surely this would work better with an app… if the WiFi worked… as you were.

I did think this but you’d either not hear the people shouting your numbers or it would be carnage people waiting for the orders.

at least when you have to get the staff to scan the barcode/qr it’s quite quick moving and there’s be a steady flow of people - in, scan, pick and handover, gone, next.

at least that’s how it should work.

Anything that stops people fannying about in the queue is a win for me.

Can’t remember who asked this is the clubs reply about opening the other exits in the south stand

Hi Pete

Hope you’re well.

Apologies for delay coming back, was awaiting an answer from the Arena ops team regarding this.

The exits in question are designated as emergency egress routes only and have never been used as part of the standard post-event egress plan.

The Arena have confirmed that incorporating these into normal operations would introduce challenges around the established egress flow around the Arena of fans after the game, with supporters going against the natural flow, and also use of these doors would lead fans to the South Stand barrier which separates home and away fans, which also would create operational challenges.

Thanks

Mark

1) The club is the Arena now so what the club says should go

2) Can you ask him about the "use of these doors would lead fans to the South Stand barrier which separates home and away fans, which also would create operational challenges." part as these doors still open in the east stand and thus further away from the away fans than the fans in the south stand already exit the ground

Given the other thread that’s started this morning…could a machine be installed within the superstore that if your purchasing something you can enter your reg and parking is made free for longer?

Seems a few have been caught out by being there over the allotted hour when using the store.

It was me, and they were used at one point, but they stopped using them after the overgrown children couldn't handle losing to Chelsea in the FA Cup all those years ago.

Would knocking through the walls between the south and east stand and putting in stairs in the south stand (to overcome the floor height difference). Make it one way stream.

Got another one Pete, I never got round to wanking everyone on here off after we Signed Milan, is there a possibility we could be gifted the Mahou lounge for a game as it always seems sparsely populated?

Cheers

Consider it asked
Na all seriousness i do have a serious question

The discount for ST holders in corporate needs to be more proportional to the part of corporate youre using

This flat £10 off doesnt work. Bearing in mind aswell the club resell your normal ST seat for that game when you upgrade.

For example of youre going in the Mill, £10 off per ST

Club Cov - £15 off per ST
Balcony bar - £25 off per ST
Mahou Lounge - £40 off per ST.

Something like that and you only get to do it once per season would work a lot better. I was debating trying the Mahou but £480 for me and 2 kids is arse. If that was say £350 its a lot more palatable

Look at me being serious for a change

So no wanking involved

Doesn't that the wall lead into the equipment tunnel?

Can you ask about the food in the balcony bar. Is it intentionally slow? Like there must be planning that’s gone into the lack of planning there. Also the bar staff and whether five people serving each person is really the most efficient set up. Also why we now get shunted into a corner where you can’t see any of the guests if your disabled (this probably more serious than the others)

Am not that sort of person but I’m fairly sure they’re opening themselves up to a DDA lawsuit if by design disabled customers don’t get a similar level of service.
