Can you ask if he's aware of the poor quality of shirts this season, and the number of shirts fans have returned. Also about the issue with sizing; the difference between medium and large is unreal, and there needs to be an "in between". What's the plan with Hummel going forward?
And the stock levels - hot coral in particular - there’s going to hell to pay if no juniors in stock before Xmas

Joking apart the stock levels have been an issue.

Can you ask the club if they’ve got any plans to release team news on platforms other than X/meta. It’s honestly the only thing I miss and it wouldn’t take much to cross post or even just have the website update at the same time.

Does the proposed new Birmingham City stadium/arena/sports complex change his strategy for The Arena?

Hate to say it, but if it all comes off it cannot be good news in terms of getting as many off the pitch events at the ground as possible?

Faster service in the bars.
More staff pouring
Less staff standing at the back doing nothing
Start pouring 15 mins before half time

I suspect from next season we may well see self pouring bars/units. I’ve worked with companies producing and they really are exceptional now.

They had 3 self-service "e-bars" at the Camden bar under block 16 on Tuesday night

Use the sky sports app mate. I get notified as soon as it’s posted

More questions around ownership of the stadium and further clarification on how this was funded please. Very much doubt he will answer the funding question, but in terms of ownership it's a simple one that will be revealed in future sets of accounts anyway - Does Covcityco Ltd own 100% of Coventry Arena Propco Limited and Coventry Arena Retail Limited (plus Coventry Arena Opco Limited and Coventry Arena Ipco Limited)?

My guess is yes, but it would be good to have this confirmed.

Surely the NEC would still get most of the events, they wont get a look in at Brum

Bit niche, but the egress process needs looking at. It regularly takes 10-15m to get out the ground because the stand empties from the bottom first, then the top. If people can barely get down the stairs without rushing or occasionally, a bit of handbags, it’s not going to go well if there was a genuine problem.

My thought was that there’s an obvious safety concern the in the event of an emergency to be honest.

They would if it has the claimed capacity. Villa park attracts bigger events than the NEC

The service is terrible. They should probably have 3 people for each till/POS - one taking orders, one pulling pints and one doing the other food/drink items. It's so painful watching them at the moment. I'm sure it's leaving money on the table too, unless you are in the queue right away you barely get served before the second half starts.

Completely agree. What they've done to the matchday experience is nothing short of unbelievable, but I still have to go down at 40 mins, wait 10 mins or so in a queue, watch them be simply amazed that someone would be ordering a beer at a football match, waste half of it and serve me a flat pint. The club haven't quite got this part right yet.

Costs are set, it's his choice, he's answered it and keep raising it will alienate him. The teams doing well and we own the stadium and he's bringing things up to date and some new initiatives so all positive.#

Important things to resolve imo are as below:

WiFi in the stadium
PA/Speakers
Getting away from the ground after is still too inordinately long and need to keep pushing (especially midweek)
Pioneer a fan village for away fans - more money, get them to the ground and separate it, but away fans all like a good drink generally
Balcony seats, tv stand, press box, segregation, plans to get more seats and more fans in
Faster service especially at HT

This seems to always have been an issue and I'm resigned to think it always will be. Guessing there is very little training given and they're just thrown in the deep end.
Seem to remember there being big queues and long waiting times even in with less attendances in the lower leagues.

Think the problem with WiFi is the stadium infrastructure , built 20 years ago it’s all old
Hat for current day, especially as we are getting 30k+

if im not mistaken, DK has spoken about this before, saying essentially it would cost circa £1m or more to fully sort and it’s. It not a priority - although clearly for the experience aspect it is a pain in the arse nowadays, but not end of world, personally would rather see that money go into a player.

suspect if we went up, it would have to be sorted. Given larger media presence.
yet they've paid someone to develop an app for you to order on 🤦‍♂️

Can we rename it to something related to the club. Its a shit name with no association with the club or city and the signage looks cheap.
Great shout. I don't use it tbh, but agree it should have a sky blue sign and I think a not to the past. Sky Blue Tavern, Mercers Arms or Strikers.

Maybe even generate some interest with a poll and let the fans choose the name. If they're tenants, don't renew the license and put it into club ownership when due so we get the revenue too.

Edit: and don't reserve a table for the Mad Hatters

Will he consider a car pack / season ticket package for next season - the car park is disproportionately expensive in relation to the season ticket

I've given up trying and I'm sure I'm not the only one so there's definitely an issue with lost revenue for the club. It's like half time takes them by surprise every game and they're shocked there's a sudden rush.

The West Stand is useless. Since they've made the Mill a premium area there's now one small kiosk for the entire stand. the nearest kiosk going towards the North Stand is in the family zone so obviously that's chaotic.

Who owns the triangular plot of land on the other side of the railway? If it's the club, are there any plans to develop it?

@pete. My question I would like you to ask is , let the traffic flow after the game and not close the A444 down . There’s a bridge in place for pedestrians to use, if people are that stupid and cross the road it’s at their risk . It’s a nightmare getting away

Bit different when you’re promising investment to just asking for them to do their fucking job. Shits been planed since the last Labour government went out of power. It’s still planned for 2032 if it’s gets past the latest round of planning (and the government don’t decide they need a few quid to keep taxes down)

That's why it should have been Frasers really.

Is it possible to add another tier to any of the stands foundation wise is it possible to increase capacity when we get promoted?

We’d be above all the B teams, Palace, Forest, and Wolves. We’re not likely to need the 50k+ the big clubs and London clubs have. What do we reckon 45 so it beats Villa Park?

We’d have to be solid there for a good five years I reckon.

Seconded.
Kids wanting kits for Christmas will struggle.
Coral - nothing
Pink GK- nothing
Black GK - limited kids sizes.

Try explaining to your kids that although father Christmas is magic, his elves can't make Cov kits at the North pole..... 🤣
