The service is terrible. They should probably have 3 people for each till/POS - one taking orders, one pulling pints and one doing the other food/drink items. It's so painful watching them at the moment. I'm sure it's leaving money on the table too, unless you are in the queue right away you barely get served before the second half starts.Faster service in the bars.

What they've done to the matchday experience is nothing short of unbelievable, but I still have to go down at 40 mins, wait 10 mins or so in a queue, watch them be simply amazed that someone would be ordering a beer at a football match, waste half of it and serve me a flat pint.
