Belongs to the company that runs the trains

It is Andy Street's remit, not CCC.

The Mayor's Role

As Mayor, Andy is chair of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) with the role having significant powers and influence over some of the biggest issues affecting people's lives in the West Midlands.
He represents around 2.8 million people across seven local council areas - the WMCA's constituent members - Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
His powers include:
  • Economic growth
  • Transport
  • Housing
  • Skills and jobs

Doesnt mean he has totally control. He was lobbying for more rail powers last year.

DIdn't Labour lose their 2/3 council control of the WMCA in the last local elections so he does actually have total control?

She’s there on Wednesday too I believe. And I think you’re right. Any discussion like that would be with her rather than Dave Boddy. It’s an interesting one though. What figure would you think would be required for a meaningful investment?
What could CCFC do to show they were looking higher up? The performances this season suggest robins is progressing everything already
Yes I understand she will be too , this might have something to do with the new ground , it is very much her project and being kept away from Dave Boddy etc so they can concentrate on the running of the club which is proving very successful at the moment

Questions submitted to the chair for meeting later this month

Ticket office issues - what have been the challenges? What has been done to put them right and do you expect any further problems?

Have the number of season tickets and increase in revenue from food and beverage within the stadium been reflected in the budget available to Mark Robins or will the impact be in January or summer 2022?

Can Ccfc do anything about running buses from town to the ground on match days?

There are large queues outside before most games. Do we know why? What plans are there to tackle this?

Can parking packages be included as part of season ticket or match package purchases?

Season ticket costs - are these likely of reduce game by game to entice people to commit given the excellent start to the season?

Social media engagement ideas? We have lots of ideas to share if there is time

1.Tictok videos of the lads training (England did this reasonably well during the Euros).

2. Monthly podcast with a player or member of staff.

3. Crossbar challenge style video

4. Quiz the players 1 v 1 on football and funny trivia and film it.

Jsb Xmas party - current plans. Idea to have an open day at Ryton for JSB members to watch the players train. Does that sound possible?

Are Ccfc interested in looking at safe standing at the CBS arena?

Is any data being collected on Covid transmission linked with the crowds at the CBS arena?

Update on new stadium at the University of Warwick - Any targets or timescales that can be announced?

Why us and not any other club in the country. The safety advisory group must have given the club a reason and I'd like to know what it is because it seems completely counterintuitive.
Probably true about the stadium advisory group. Think the chair of the supporters forum is the rep I’ll ask him

On the theme of buses (again) have they ever thought about busesin from the likes of Nuneaton,

Yeah but they dont seem to offer the travel without a pint. So 9 quid with a pint is good but if you just want to get to the ground, not so much.
£9 a pint fuckin hell!

Why cant they open the doors nearer to block 16 to let all the smokers out.
They push their way through the Bar and toilet queue the area behind blocks 17 and 18 is just a nightmare, and a covid hotspot.

This definitely needs to be raised with the club, last night was bad in that area again.

Can we actually enforce the smoking rule inside the ground as well? Last night there was a bloke blatantly smoking a spliff in block 24, luckily I didn’t have my kids with me.
