Either way, we used to have a bad site, now we still have except it looks different.

I actually like it better than the old one. I don't like the background and all of the blackness and it clearly needs a few touches.. But all in all I find it easier to navigate and even thought it is basically a shitty template they have pulled it off better than the other teams pages I have seen.

the site can take up to 2 days to propagate (techy words) across servers, and they do not all do it at the same time
that is why some people can view the new site and others cant.
by today i should imagine everyone should be able to see it by now

This looks like the old BBC website where you could move the sections around.. except you can't move the sections around. Looks decent though apart from the simple header
