Would be a bit of own goal considering they are now the stadium management company. They could do a different favour though cheap rent for 50 years. Access to enough revenues and partnership working in various mutual areas. 'Symbiotic Relationship'. Easily the best thing for the club and fans.

Major problem it is unlikely to be the best thing for the owners.
