Being at Charlton on Saturday and getting caught up with the singing I started thinking about freshening things up and thought of a new one for Bakayoko.
To the tune of Karma Chameleon (Culture Club) -
“Baka Baka Baka Baka Bakayoko”
“He scores our goals he scores our goals...” “Baka Baka Baka Baka Bakayoko”
“He scores our goals he scores our goals....”

That’s it - short and simple - just the way we like em.

I admit I had a few beers at the time but I caught myself singing this in my car on way to work this morning!!!

I think we also need one about Michael Doyle playing darts.

Maybe something along the lines of Joy Division's 'Love will tear us apart again'.

'Doyle, Doyle will win at the darts again'.

Or Elton John and Kiki Dee's 'Don't go breaking my darts'.

There were a few new ones for Chaplin Shipley and Baka but shouting Lee Burge with no tune is quite bizarre and really doesn't work although they persist with it.

It made me chuckle but he deserves the hero status he's getting and that's coming from someone who has criticised him loads in the past.

20 Goals, 20 Goals, Bakayoko,
20 Goals, 20 Goals, I say,
20 Goals, 20 Goals, Bakayoko,
Being offside-all-fucking-day!
Is that the right version or have you made it up? We were singing the last line as:
"Playing football the offside way"

Yep - I like it. Man Utd use to sing the tune to "united rule" if I recall and that sounded good.

I remember away at Chesterfield a couple of seasons ago hearing to the tune of 'Our House' by Madness
'Lee Burge, In the middle of our goal' - repeat ad nauseum

Simple - and I quite like it !!

Reminds me of Primary School Assembly. Some dodgy old nonce on the Piano with a weird grin mouthing along to the words.

Until they realised I couldn't play the piano.
