Try not to get to involved with all the finances of the club as i support a football club to get away from finance!

But it looks like Sisu may have transferred up the trade from ccfc ltd to the ccfc holding company.

By saying they will continue to pay wages, hmrc etc they are basically proving the company is not insolvent as it paying all other bills other than the disputed rent.

Whether or not they have managed to do this i don't know. ACL may be able to challenge and asset transfer agreement that has occured. Where the lease agreement remains is also an issue, as the remaining company may have no right to play at the Ricoh.

They maybe hoping ACL and the council don't want the bad PR of literally locking them out.
