What does this bit mean .

manged it for 3 games last season what changed ?

Spot on!

This is a brilliant example of the cross-speaking that led me to create the blog.

I imagine that the administrator will argue that Holdings were in charge and ran the show. That is possible: although ACL have said - quite correctly - that they will only deal with the administrator while the club is in administration; there was too much at stake for everybody if CCFC couldn't complete its fixtures.

ACL will have spoken to the administrator who will have spoken to Holdings.

There's no reason why they couldn't do that again; but there's less pressure on them now than there would be with a week to go until the first fixture. This doesn't help the fans, and that's why the Football League need to act.

The bizarre management structure with two companies and one club needs Football League input to help CCFC start the season - input over and above what they would do with a simple club administration.

How can he sell rights of access to "The Shares"/ Is that not being selective /Conditional . PH4 couldn't make a conditional bid in the original process.

Funding was already in place and in mid season we had to complete the fixtures, and done so in good faith with holdings....The current situation is a different kettle of fish.

I'm sure it is a fair & accurate evaluation. I just feel that the author knows the same as we all do that the FL & FA are out of touch with reality of modern life/football needs & wants. It's only a hunch but I strongly suspect that both of these bodies will bend over backwards to accommodate the path of least resistance (i.e. upsetting the fans is the easy option) & whatever creates the least disruption (i.e. avoiding any possible legal wrangling in this or any similar situations of other clubs). Not because they are scared...but because they would be required to work hard, made to attend courts (how demeaning!), answer awkward questions & change their rules to achieve a fair, reasonable & sustainable solution. I use the word "sustainable" because they seem to be failing to grasp the fact that the politicians will soon be changing things for themselves - so the current situation IS unsustainable...but sadly the changes (if even beneficial to any club in our situation at the moment) will come much too late for us to benefit.
