Nick, on my MacBook those icons to show you are watching a thread are gone.
They were there earlier but I was at work on a PC running windows 7 so not sure if it's a safari thing.

Saying that, I can't see the bold/italic/insert/etc. icons when you reply to a post either apart from the Giphy one. What the fuck is a Giphy anyway!
