Minimum number of directors required (1 Viewer)

Sure I read somewhere that there was a requirement that a club has a minimum (4?) directors - this might be a legal thing or something insisted on by the FA/FL.

Mickey Adams had to get co-opted onto the Port Vale board to ensure that they made up the minimum numbers.

If this is true (no idea), then does it impact on us? With Clarke gone, we only know about Fisher (has he gone too?) and ML left as directors.

This is just a genuine question, no agenda involved here!

As far as Im aware you only require 1 director for a Limited Liability Company and I dont think a Football Club is any different.

That is correct for a Ltd company
