Every time I watch Hamer's strikes I'm in awe, yes they have power but I'm more impressed by the control. They hardly ever balloon over the bar always seem to be low and directed, just so calm and technical!

I think he is / has the potential to be a PL player. He is quick, tenacious, has great technique and scores goals. With better players around him he will look even better. Hopefully we'll pick up a couple of those and he can help drag us upwards, Play offs next season. Due another Wembley appearance in the sun (if you are listening Joy, reduce your handbag fund and keep Gus for at least one more season - preferably more - value will soar)
