Our form at the Den isn't actually as bad as I thought, of the last 6, Won 3 lost 2 drawn 1. I had it in my head that it was bogey place, not sure why.

Back to drawing ways I'm afraid, 0-0.
Still. you know what they say about a point on the road.

Would take that. Another clean sheet, keep the unbeaten run going.

You can tell by the tone on here there are some long suffering city fans. Of the 7 games played so far we deserved to win 6 of them and the point at Leicester was a fair result. We have to have the mentality that we can win this type of game if we are seriously thinking about promotion.

We're so grounded (compared to many other fan bases) we've grown stubborn roots.

Seems to be a fair bit of Animosity from their fans on their forum towards Joe Edwards. Hope he winds them up.

This is just the type of game that automatically promoted teams just go and win by hook or by crook.

A draw would be a bit meh. But I'd take it as my ambition is autos!

Take 4 points from next 2.

No reason Not to start the same team as Saturday..there's been plenty of rest.

Then can see changes from 60 mins onwards.

Think the team for Saturday will be very different. I can actually see Kesler hayden and wolfy/ Bidwell starting that also Simms as he scored a brace there last year.

Grimes is my worry how do we give him a rest.

Grimes can rest during the international break.

In fairness to him he's been involved in two goals in each of his last two sub appearances at home, but I agree with you that he generally seems better from the start

He’s definitely on an upswing. He must be about the only player not to kick on under Lampard I reckon.

yeah I mean like a run of games. That’s when we will know more.
Coming on against ten men blues tells us nothing.

Yeah but equally you’d feel if he was fulfilling his potential he’d be getting more time. As I say last few he seems to be doing better but there was a patch where he just looked miserable and wasn’t impacting games. I still believe there’s a player in there who can do a job if he can learn to use his attributes. And we seem to have coaches who give players the best chance of doing that.

Neither Millwall nor Wednesday will be easy games. Both are unbeaten in their last three matches and Millwall will leapfrog us if they win.

I'll be more than happy with a draw tonight and a win on Saturday but I wouldn't be surprised if we lose our unbeaten record against Millwall.

It would be a great achievement to win both, which would cement our place in the top two for the moment.
