He's crucial to the way we are playing today.

Weird that some of our fans would prefer to slate Wright than see he got pushed as he was about to shoot

The push helped him have a better aim to be fair

It’s a witch hunt against him. I personally want the lad to do well and not get on his back every time he makes a bad pass or misses a chance

If I'm picking the team, false nine with Simms on the left and Wright... on the right. He'll put them in for loads of goals, innit.

This formation works, it reminds me of when Brian Borrows used to overlap wide with the winger (ie with MVE overlapping with Saka)

but if MVE carries on like this I’d like to see him somehow play as wing back with Binks as a forward running centre back a 3 at the back with Cal as AM.

One of the wide forward positions probably.

Must be watching a different game. Wrights been our best player along with the ultra consistent Sheaf

He's been decent, his finishing hasn't.

Good planning by putting Bidwell in against BNC. No doubt Bidwell has marked him many times in training and knows his game.

Fair play Bidwell. MVE pulled back there.

I dunno what this ref thinks there, the guy has his arm at full stretch trying to grab some of MVEs shirt there. Did he get a lot of it? No. But it clearly impeded him.

Why can't Wright do a simple pass?

Good ball from Eccles I think it was.

The bloke can’t make a simple 5 yard pass, twice he’s done it now. Wouldn’t of paid £8000 for him, let alone £8m

I try to only say what my eyes tell me but if I do in respect of Wright I’ll get pelters

Brad Collins just looks like he belongs on a football pitch. I'm enjoying watching games without having to clench my arse every time our keeper has a decision to make.
