Mercia will be leaving Hertford Place (after 30 plus years) in Coventry and move up to Birmingham to be in the same building as BRMB.

Mercia will have Breakfast (weekdays and Weekends) and Drivetime local the rest of the schedule will be network across the West Midlands.

There will be job losses.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mercia going to be renamed as BRMB in the future.:(

CWR Should Have Gaunt or Tony Butler on a Late night Talk show, Local Radio is shocking only Listen to CWR For the Football Phone in and The Commentary for games. Also Malcolm Boyden is pretty funny

CWR Should Have Gaunt or Tony Butler on a Late night Talk show,

The late show on the BBC that you taking about actually goes the whole of the West and East Midlands. As for local radio, there won't be any local ones left. Take Smooth Radio for example. It use to be regional, now it's become national and broadcasts from Manchester.
