Higgs McGinnity & Robinson were owed a total of £2m between them.

Higgs was never a director of Football Investors.

Football Investors was 100% owned by CCFC Holdings

Things like that must only be visible to some people.

Er no the valuation is based on no club being there. So without a club the arena was not worth as much as the loan.

That is my point. The council were prepared to sell the asset to wasps on that basis but not the football club.

Supposition. The football club never made an offer to the council. The council couldn't be either prepared or unprepared to do a deal that never existed. If SISU had ever given the council an offer to refuse you'd have a point but as they didn't you're doing nothing more than speculating on the outcome of something that never happened.

I seem to remember the Council saying way before any deal with Wasps was announced that they couldn't stay as they were for ever and would have to consider third party interested parties. SISU missed the boat, their fault had plenty of time to buy it imo

wont actually make any difference to what they do annually. The Charity spends its investment money on good deeds and the ACL shares never got them any income.

In fact as they now get 50p per head in the Alan Higgs Charity stand from Wasps they will be better off

They will of course not have 3.73m to invest in capital projects but would no doubt argue that a return on "investment" for a charity is not always measured in £'s

We are a basket case and it's Sisu's fault for giving it a go and failing miserably.

Did you support our move to Northampton?

So when people were up in arms at the thought of SISU potentially paying Higgs less than the £10m formula price as they were taking money from a charity that would have been put to good use they were talking rubbish?

Maybe because I didnt read it as I am not on the forum all the time, or because it wasnt on the subject of mental health.

I find your comment a bit strange too Moff. With all the sh** said on here, it wouldn't surprise me if most were on meds of some sort... especially those who actually read grendels posts... ;-)

Of the "things to get annoyed about on a message board" I don't think this should be on the list.

Probable Grendel as well now I've thought about it.
His quotes reference white elephant, tumbleweed and it's quicker to get from Meriden to Northampton than the Ricoh are comedy gold.

He said that his way of protesting against SISU and what they did to our club was to not go to Northampton. Then he went. At least he is consistent

What bomb, that some people chose to watch the team there and some didnt.
We must have the most divisive fans in the Football league still arguing what some fans did and others didnt years ago.

Yep, and the one that's being most divisive is the hypocritical prick that's a season ticket holder at the fucking franchise.

Its hypocrisy. You're a follower of SISU and TF if you went to support the 11 men in Northampton but it's completely acceptable to go and watch wasps play....
